Open your Facebook page by visiting https://www.facebook.com/, enter your email address and password and click "Login". If the notice appears on the screen with the words: Account disabled, that means your account has been blocked and you can only fix this by submitting an appeal.
Open the page "My personal Facebook account is disabled."

Click the link to appeal. The link is placed immediately after the words "If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you can" at the end of the section. Contact form will open.
If this form leads you to a page asking you to log out, close your browser and then restart. You may also need to delete your browser cookies before proceeding.
Please enter your email address or mobile number. Enter your e-mail address or phone number in the e-mail address field to log in or mobile phone number at the top of the page.
This must be an email address or phone number you have access to.
Please enter your name. In the "Your first and last name" field, you must enter the name for which you registered your account.
Upload an image of your identity document. This can be a driver's license, student license, passport.
take photos of your documents before and after, and upload photos to your computer;
Select photos to upload;
Please click "Open".
Attach additional information to your appeal. Enter any important information that can persuade Facebook to work with you. Here are some cases where this may help:
Someone has hijacked your account;
The user you have been conflicting with, marked all your messages as spam;
You have clear evidence that the actions that caused Facebook to disconnect your account ro other people.
Click Submit at the bottom right of the form, to also submit your details and application. If Facebook decides that the account was mistakenly blocked, the account will be unblocked immediately.
