Reason from the high exit rate part 1

Bounce Rate - this is the percentage of visitors who leave your site after they view only one page.
For most websites, it ranges from 26% to 70%

1. Slow page loading speed

Site loading speed is part of Google's ranking algorithm, so it is important to pay attention to search engine promotion. Google promotes content that gives users a positive experience. Slow website loading speed is considered to be a negative experience.

If the page loading speed is longer than 3 seconds, then the visitor may leave. You can independently test page load speed with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Pingdom, GTMetrix. You may also receive troubleshooting tips. For example, you may need to reduce the image size or reduce the number of internal scripts.

2. Independent content

In some cases, the user who receives everything he is looking for is already on the first page of the site. Maybe your page has great content and gives visitors all the information they need. Or maybe you have a landing page that requires visitors to simply fill out the form.

If the user spends a few minutes or more on the page, this indicates that this page is a visitor request.

3. Bounce rates vary from different pages

Additionally, some pages on your site may have completely different rejection rates. Google perceives such pages in different ways.

If your landing page has a high bounce rate (users quickly fill out the form and leave), and pages with lower-index content, then there's nothing to worry about - Failure can be reached 90%!

To analyze the pages on your site, open Google Analytics, go to the Behavior tab> Site Content> Landing Pages and sort the pages by bounce rate.

4. Blank page or technical error

If your bounce rate is particularly high and you find that people spend less than a few seconds on the page, it's likely that your page is empty or gives a 404 error or doesn't load properly.

You can also check in the search panel under «Coverage», to find problems from a Google perspective. Fix the problem yourself or attract the right professionals. If you do nothing, it may cause Google to delete your page from search results.

5. Broken link from another site

You may have done everything right to achieve good performance, but your referral traffic may have a high bounce rate. It is possible that someone links to your website and sends you low quality traffic.
